DESCRIPTION
· SMD Clock Oscillator model KXO-V94T with a frequency of 20.0 MHz.
· Operates at a supply voltage of +3.3V DC ±5%.
FEATURES
· Frequency stability of ±50 ppm over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
· Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and storage temperature from -55°C to +100°C.
· Output symmetry between 45% to 55% at 50% VDD level.
· Maximum rise and fall time of 5 ns.
· Maximum input current of 7.0 mA and output load of 15 pF (CMOS).
· Start-up time up to 10 ms, disable delay time up to 150 ns, and enable delay time up to 10 ms.
· Standby current maximum of 10 μA when Pin #1 is at VIL.
