DESCRIPTION

· The KXO-V94T is a 4.0 MHz SMD clock oscillator from GEYER ELECTRONIC, designed for +3.3V operation.

FEATURES

· Frequency stability of ±50 ppm across -40°C to +85°C.

· Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.

· Storage temperature range from -55°C to +100°C.

· Output symmetry maintained between 45% to 55% at 50% VDD level.

· Maximum rise and fall time of 5 ns.

· Tri-state control with VIH at VDD x 0.7 min and VIL at VDD x 0.3 max.

· Maximum supply voltage of +4.0V and minimum of -0.5V.

· Maximum input current of 6.0mA and output load of 15pF.

· Start-up time up to 10 ms and disable delay time up to 150 ns.

· Standby current up to 10 μA when Pin #1 is at VIL.
