DESCRIPTION
· This series includes 500 mW Zener voltage regulators with voltages ranging from 2.4 to 12 volts, available in standard 5% tolerance and tighter 2% and 1% tolerances.
· Features axial-leaded, glass DO-35 Zeners with an internal metallurgical bond, qualified to JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV levels per MIL-PRF-19500/127.
· Also available in RoHS compliant commercial grade and DO-213AA package (MELF surface mount).
FEATURES
· JEDEC registered series 1N746 through 1N759A and 1N4370 through 1N4372A.
· Standard voltage tolerance of ±5% with optional ±2% or 1% tolerances.
· Internal metallurgical bond and military qualifications (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV) per MIL-PRF-19500/127.
· RoHS compliant versions available for commercial grade.
APPLICATIONS
· Regulates voltage across a broad range of temperatures and currents, from 2.4 to 12 V.
· Features flexible axial-lead mounting and is non-sensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 method 1020.
· Minimal capacitance and inherently radiation hard as described in Microsemi MicroNote 050.
