· The 401CMQ Series Schottky Rectifiers, including models 401CMQ035, 401CMQ040, and 401CMQ045, are designed for high-efficiency power conversion.

· Features a center tap module design.

· Encapsulated with high purity, high temperature epoxy for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.

· Low forward voltage drop for reduced power loss.

· Suitable for high frequency operations.

· Includes a guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long-term reliability.

· Baseplate and terminals are nickel plated.

· Terminal hardware is supplied; mounting hardware is not included, recommend using ¼-20 or M6 screws with spring washers.

· All parts are traceable to the wafer lot for quality assurance.
