DESCRIPTION

· Laird Connectivity’s Sentrius RS1xx is a battery-powered, long-range sensor platform for IoT applications.

· It leverages LoRaWAN and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity for secure and scalable wireless communication.

· The device includes a Class A tolerance PT100 RTD temperature sensor with a range of -40°C to +180°C.

· It is designed for monitoring low and slow cooking temperatures in smokers and other environments requiring a short, thin stainless-steel probe.
