DESCRIPTION
· The 540B is a miniature, low-power vibration sensor designed for embedded condition monitoring.
· It incorporates the latest piezoelectric (PE) technology for superior signal-to-noise ratio and frequency response.
· The annular shear PE structure ensures stable output and ultra-low noise density over an extended frequency range.
· It has a noise density of 8 µg/√Hz and consumes 60uA current.
· The sensor is immune to external shocks up to 5000g and operates in a temperature range of −55°C to +150°C.
· It is available in a 10mm × 10mm × 5.5mm SMD package.
