DESCRIPTION

· The 74AUP1G97 is a single, 3-input configurable multiple-function gate with a push-pull output. It supports various logic functions like MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, inverter, or buffer. It operates within a power supply range of 0.8V to 3.6V and is suitable for mixed voltage environments. The device includes IOFF circuitry for partial power-down applications, preventing current backflow when powered off.
