DESCRIPTION

· The 74AVC1T45 is a single-bit, dual-supply transceiver with tri-state outputs, designed for transmitting a single logic bit across different voltage domains.

· It features universal low-voltage translation between 1.2V to 3.6V, with A pin tracking VCCA and B pin tracking VCCB.

· The direction of data flow is controlled by the DIR pin, which is logic voltage related to VCCA.



FEATURES

· Wide supply voltage range: VCC(A) and VCC(B) from 1.2V to 3.6V.

· Output drive capability of ±12mA at 3.3V.

· High noise immunity with 100mV hysteresis typical.

· IOFF supports partial-power-down mode operation and is controlled by either VCC at 0V.

· Inputs can accept up to 4.6V.

· ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 standards.

· Latch-up exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, Class I.

· Available in X2-DFN1409-6 package, lead-free, and fully RoHS compliant.



APPLICATIONS

· Voltage level translation for logic types operating at different voltages.

· Power down signal isolation when either voltage domain is turned off.
