DESCRIPTION

· The 74AVC2T45-Q100 is a dual-bit, dual-supply transceiver for bidirectional level translation.

· It features two data input-output ports (nA and nB), a direction control input (DIR), and dual-supply pins (VCC(A) and VCC(B)).

· VCC(A) and VCC(B) support voltages between 0.8 V and 3.6 V, enabling translation between various low voltage nodes.

· The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF circuitry.

· Qualified to AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) for automotive applications.

· Automotive qualification per AEC-Q100 (Grade 1).

· Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +125 °C.

· Wide supply voltage range: 0.8 V to 3.6 V for both VCC(A) and VCC(B).

· High noise immunity and compliance with JEDEC standards.
