DESCRIPTION

· The 74AVCH2T45 is a dual-bit, dual-supply transceiver designed for bidirectional level translation.

· It features two data input-output ports (nA and nB), a direction control input (DIR), and dual supply pins (V_CC(A) and V_CC(B)).

· V_CC(A) and V_CC(B) can operate between 0.8 V and 3.6 V, enabling translation between various low-voltage nodes.

· The device supports partial power-down applications with I_OFF circuitry, preventing backflow current during power-down.

· In suspend mode, when either V_CC(A) or V_CC(B) is at GND, both A and B ports enter a high-impedance OFF-state.

· Active bus hold circuitry maintains valid logic levels on unused or floating data inputs, eliminating the need for external pull-up or pull-down resistors.
