Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The 74VCX16601 is an 18-bit universal bus transceiver designed for low voltage applications (1.4V to 3.6V).

· It combines D-type latches and flip-flops to enable data flow in transparent, latched, and clocked modes.

· Data flow direction is controlled by output-enable (OEAB and OEBA), latch-enable (LEAB and LEBA), and clock (CLKAB and CLKBA) inputs.

· The device supports 3.6V tolerant inputs and outputs, making it suitable for mixed-voltage environments.



FEATURES

· Operates with a VCC supply range of 1.4V to 3.6V.

· Maximum propagation delay (tPD) of 2.9 ns for 3.0V to 3.6V VCC.

· Supports live insertion/withdrawal with high-impedance state during power up/down.

· Static drive capability of ±24 mA at 3.0V VCC.

· Incorporates noise/EMI reduction circuitry for improved signal integrity.

· Latchup performance exceeds 300 mA, ensuring robust operation.

· ESD protection: Human body model > 2000V, Machine model > 200V.

· Available in 54-Ball Fine-Pitch Ball Grid Array (FBGA) and 56-Lead TSSOP packages.
