DESCRIPTION
· The FBCon Fieldbus distributor is designed for industrial and EEx (ia) applications.
· It facilitates the coupling of 1 to 8 field devices or sensors via spur lines.
· Connections can be established using an M12 plug or directly through an EMC cable gland.
· It supports communication and device power feed through a common 2-wire line.
FEATURES
· Equipped with a tension-clamp connection system.
· Includes overvoltage protection for the main line and current limiters for each branch line.
· Features M12 plug-in connectors and an external earthing contact.
· Ensures interruption-free bus operation and includes integrated bus termination (not EX).
