DESCRIPTION
· IPDiA technology offers capacitor integration up to 250nF/mm², comparable to X8R dielectric with superior electrical performance over C0G/NP0 dielectrics.
· Provides high reliability, up to 10 times better than Tantalum or MLCC, and eliminates cracking.
· Silicon-based technology is RoHS compliant and compatible with lead-free reflow soldering.
· Suitable for extreme temperature applications up to 250°C.
· Features a 100nF capacitor in 0402 package with TC<±1.5% over -55°C to +250°C.
· Ensures negligible ageing and stable insulation resistance at high temperatures.
