DESCRIPTION

· The XBSC/UBSC/BBSC/ULSC Capacitors are designed for optical communication systems and high-speed data systems, suitable for DC blocking, coupling, and bypass grounding applications.

· Utilizing Murata's integrated passive devices in silicon technology, these capacitors offer low insertion loss, low reflection, and high phase stability across a wide frequency range.

· Manufactured with a semiconductor MOS process, they ensure high reliability and capacitance stability over voltage and temperature, with an operating range from -55 to 150°C.

FEATURES

· Ultra broadband performance up to 110 GHz, resonance-free for ultra-low group delay variation.

· Ultra-low insertion loss due to excellent impedance matching in transmission mode.

· Low ESL and low ESR in bypass grounding mode, high stability of capacitance over temperature, voltage, and aging.
