DESCRIPTION

· The XBSC/UBSC/BBSC/ULSC Capacitors are designed for optical communication systems and high-speed data systems, suitable for DC blocking, coupling, and bypass grounding applications. These capacitors utilize Murata's integrated passive device technology in silicon, offering performance from 16 kHz up to 110 GHz for XBSC, 67 GHz for UBSC, 40 GHz for BBSC, and 20 GHz for ULSC. They are produced using a semiconductor MOS process, ensuring high reliability and stability across a wide temperature range of -55 to 150°C.
