DESCRIPTION

· The XBSC/UBSC/BBSC/ULSC series are ultra broadband surface mounted silicon capacitors designed for optical communication systems and high-speed data systems.

· These capacitors are suitable for DC blocking, coupling, and bypass grounding applications, offering high reliability and stability.

FEATURES

· Ultra broadband performance up to 110 GHz (XBSC), 67 GHz (UBSC), 40 GHz (BBSC), and 20 GHz (ULSC).

· Resonance-free design ensures ultra-low group delay variation and low insertion loss.

· Low ESL and ESR in bypass grounding mode.

· High capacitance stability over temperature, voltage, and aging.

· Compatible with lead-free reflow soldering and standard JEDEC assembly rules.

· Operating temperature range from -55 to 150°C.

· RoHS-compliant with ENIG terminations or lead-free prebumping options.
