DESCRIPTION

· The ACI Thermistor Copper Averaging Series features a copper sensing element with AWG Etched Teflon colored lead wires.
· Each sensor has 4 or 9 sensing points based on the length of the sensing element.
· The sensors provide a better average temperature of the air inside the duct compared to single-point duct sensors.
· Elements are sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and include a foam pad for duct sealing and vibration dampening.
· Copper sensing elements offer improved thermal conductivity and higher corrosion resistance than aluminum.
· Copper has antibacterial effects against airborne contaminants, mold, and bacteria in duct systems.
· Standard enclosures include galvanized "-GD" or plastic duct enclosure with hinged cover "-PB".
· Units include nylon wire ties and mounts with optional copper capillary and universal plastic mounting clips.
