DESCRIPTION

· The A8603 is a fixed-frequency, multiple-output supply designed for LCD bias in automotive applications. · It features a boost stage, two linear regulators, and two charge-pump regulators, all independently programmable via an I2C interface. · The device supports a switching frequency range of 350 kHz to 2.25 MHz, which can be synchronized externally to minimize interference with AM and FM radio bands. · It includes comprehensive protection features and is available in a 24-pin 4 mm × 4 mm QFN package with an exposed thermal pad for high-temperature operation.
