DESCRIPTION

· The AAP803AX is a chip-scale ECM microphone preamplifier designed for integration into small form factor, two-terminal electret condenser microphones.

· It offers reduced input capacitance, improved noise performance, and larger output swing at lower supply voltages.

· Available in two versions: AAP803A1 with 3 gain settings (low, mid, high) and AAP803A3 with 2 gain settings (mid, max).

· Features low quiescent current consumption, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.

· Gain settings are configured by selecting the appropriate FB pin (1, 2, or both).

· Packaged in a chip-scale SMD format measuring 820µm x 550µm with a height of 315µm, optimized for small-diameter microphones.

· Available in waffle packs for low-volume orders or tape & reel for larger quantities.
