DESCRIPTION

· AAT001 and AAT009 angle sensors utilize Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) elements for large signals and low power consumption.

· They provide sine and cosine signals to define the angle of rotation.

· Outputs are proportional to the supply voltage with peak-to-peak output voltages larger than conventional sensors.

· Consist of two half-bridges; AAT001 has a typical bridge resistance of 1.25 MΩ, and AAT009 has 6 MΩ for ultra-low power.

· Packaged in NVE’s 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.8 mm TDFN6 surface-mount package.
