DESCRIPTION

· The ACS108-6S is a high-performance AC line switch capable of controlling loads up to 0.8 A. It features an overvoltage crowbar structure for energy absorption and a gate level shifter driver to isolate the digital controller from the main switch. It is activated by a negative gate current from the gate pin.
