DESCRIPTION

· The AD654 is a monolithic voltage-to-frequency converter featuring an input amplifier, precision oscillator, and high current output stage.

· It requires only a single RC network to set full-scale frequency up to 500 kHz and input voltage up to -30 V.

· Operates from a single supply of 5 V to 36 V with a quiescent current of 2.0 mA.

· Provides a square-wave output capable of driving up to 12 TTL loads, optocouplers, or long cables.
