DESCRIPTION

· The ADM1022 is a low-cost temperature monitor and fan controller designed for microprocessor-based systems.
· It measures the temperature of one or two remote sensor diodes, enabling monitoring in single- or dual-processor systems.
· Measured values can be read and limit comparisons programmed via the System Management Bus (SMBus).
· It includes a DAC for fan speed control and automatic hardware temperature trip points.
· The chip features two supply voltage monitors for brownout detection.
· With a supply voltage range of 3.0 V to 5.5 V and low supply current, it is suitable for various hardware monitoring and protection applications.
