DESCRIPTION

· The ADT7463 is a comprehensive system monitor and PWM fan controller designed for noise-sensitive applications requiring active cooling.

· It monitors multiple supply voltages (12V, 5V, 2.5V, CPU) and its own supply voltage.

· It supports temperature monitoring for two remote sensor diodes and its internal temperature.

· It controls up to four fans to operate at minimal speeds for reduced acoustic noise.

· Features include dynamic T_MIN control for intelligent thermal/acoustic management and thermal protection via the THERM pin.
