DESCRIPTION

· The ADXRS290 is a high-performance MEMS pitch and roll angular rate sensor designed for stabilization applications.

· It provides an output full-scale range of ±100°/s with a sensitivity of 200 LSB/°/s.

· Angular rate data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and accessible through a SPI digital interface.

· Available in a 4.5 mm × 5.8 mm × 1.2 mm, 18-terminal cavity laminate package.
