DESCRIPTION

· The ALD7555/ALD7556 are high-performance single/dual monolithic analog RC timing circuits.

· They offer enhanced performance in speed, leakage currents, supply current, stability, and temperature voltage stability compared to SE555/NE555, ICL7555, TLC555, and ICM7555.

· These timers provide high input impedance, enabling smaller timing capacitors and longer timing cycles.

· They operate in monostable and astable modes, compatible with CMOS, NMOS, or TTL logic.

· Internal resistors set threshold and trigger levels, adjustable via the control terminal.

FEATURES

· Improved accuracy and temperature stability.

· High-speed operation with 2.5MHz typical oscillation at 5V.

· High discharge sinking current of 80mA at 5V.

· Low operating supply voltage range of 2V to 10V.

· Low supply current: 50µA for ALD7555, 100µA for ALD7556.
