DESCRIPTION
· The ALD810022/ALD910022 are part of the ALD8100xx (quad) and ALD9100xx (dual) family of Supercapacitor Auto Balancing MOSFETs (SAB™ MOSFETs).
· Designed for voltage and leakage-current balancing of series-connected supercapacitors.
· Features precision gate threshold voltage at 2.20V in Vt mode, with exponential variation in output current based on input voltage.
· Capable of balancing up to four supercapacitors in series (ALD810022) or two supercapacitors in series (ALD910022).
FEATURES
· Simple and economical to use with precision factory trimming.
· Automatically regulates and balances leakage currents for supercapacitor charge-balancing.
· Scalable for larger supercapacitor stacks and arrays, with near zero additional leakage currents.
· Active current ranges from <0.3nA to >1000 µA, ensuring fast response and minimized power dissipation.

· Series-connected supercapacitor cell leakage balancing.
