DESCRIPTION

· The ALD810026/ALD910026 are Supercapacitor Auto Balancing MOSFETs (SAB™ MOSFETs) designed for voltage and leakage-current balancing of series-connected supercapacitors.

· Built with EPAD® technology, these devices prevent over-voltages in supercapacitor stacks.

· The ALD810026 balances up to four supercapacitors, while the ALD910026 balances up to two.

· Features precision gate threshold voltage (Vt) of 2.60V at IDS(ON) = 1µA, with exponential variation in output current (IOUT) based on input voltage (VIN).
