DESCRIPTION



· The ALD810022/ALD910022 are part of the ALD8100xx (quad) and ALD9100xx (dual) family of Supercapacitor Auto Balancing MOSFETs (SAB™ MOSFETs).

· Designed to address voltage and leakage-current balancing of supercapacitors connected in series.

· Utilizes EPAD® technology for precise operating voltage and current characteristics.

· ALD810022 balances up to four supercapacitors, while ALD910022 balances up to two.

· Features a precision gate threshold voltage of 2.20V in Vt mode.

· Output current (IOUT) varies exponentially with input voltage (VIN).
