DESCRIPTION

· The ALD810025/ALD910025 are part of the ALD8100xx (quad) and ALD9100xx (dual) family of Supercapacitor Auto Balancing MOSFETs, designed for voltage and leakage-current balancing in series-connected supercapacitors.

· These SAB MOSFETs utilize EPAD technology to ensure precise voltage and current characteristics, suitable for balancing up to four supercapacitors in series.

· The devices feature a precision gate threshold voltage of 2.50V, with output current varying exponentially with input voltage, ensuring effective supercapacitor balancing.
