DESCRIPTION
· The ALD810030/ALD910030 are part of the ALD8100xx (quad) and ALD9100xx (dual) family of Supercapacitor Auto Balancing MOSFETs (SAB™ MOSFETs).
· Designed for voltage and leakage-current balancing of series-connected supercapacitors.
· Utilizes EPAD® technology for precise voltage and current characteristics.
· ALD810030 balances up to four supercapacitors; ALD910030 balances up to two.
· Features a precision gate threshold voltage of 3.00V in Vt mode.
· Output current (IOUT) varies exponentially with input voltage (VIN).
