DESCRIPTION
· The AP1013AS is a single H-bridge motor driver with four drive modes: forward, reverse, brake, and standby.
· It operates up to 18V motor supply voltage and features N-type LDMOS on both high and low sides for compact packaging.
· Includes under-voltage detection and thermal shutdown circuits, suitable for driving various small motors.
FEATURES
· Control supply voltage: 2.7V to 5.5V.
· Logic terminal supply voltage: 1.62V to control supply voltage.
· Wide motor drive operating voltage: 2V to 18V with NMOS high and low side architecture.
· Maximum output current: 1.1A@25°C, 0.8A@85°C; peak: 1.8A (less than 20ms in 200ms).
· H-Bridge on resistance: 0.36Ω typical at 25°C.
· Power-down mode: VM leakage current less than 1μA at 25°C.
· Built-in under-voltage detection: 2.2V typical.
· Built-in thermal shutdown: 175°C typical; junction temperature: 150°C maximum.
· Package: 16-pin TSSOP.
