DESCRIPTION
· The AP1014 AEC is a dual H-Bridge motor driver IC with a 7.0V operating voltage, designed for small motor applications.
· It supports four drive modes: forward, reverse, brake, and standby, controlled via a 2-channel H-Bridge.
· The SEL terminal allows PWM drive input logic configuration.
· It features N-channel LDMOS FETs in high and low-side output circuits, packaged in a compact WL-CSP (1.96mm×1.96mm).
· Includes under-voltage detection and thermal shutdown circuits for enhanced safety.

· Control supply voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V.
· Motor drive operating voltage range: 2.0V to 7.0V.
· Maximum output current: 1.1A (DC) at 25°C, 0.8A at 85°C.
· Peak output current: 2.0A (10ms/200ms) at 25°C.
· H-Bridge ON resistance: 0.35Ω (TOP+BOT) at 25°C.
· Built-in under-voltage detection (threshold: 2.2V).
· Thermal shutdown at 175°C (Tj).
· Junction temperature limit: 150°C.
