DESCRIPTION

· The AP2401 and AP2411 are single-channel current-limited high-side power switches optimized for USB and hot-swap applications.

· They comply with USB standards and feature fast short-circuit response, output discharge, and various protection mechanisms.

· Available in multiple packages including SO-8, MSOP-8, MSOP-8EP, U-DFN3030-8, and U-DFN2020-6.

FEATURES

· Single-channel current-limited power switch with 2.5A accurate current limiting.

· Fast short-circuit response time of 2µs and output discharge function.

· Reverse current blocking, over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection.

· Input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and 70mΩ on-resistance.

· Built-in soft-start with 0.6ms typical rise time and fault report with 7ms blanking time.

· ESD protection: 2kV HBM, 200V MM.

· Available in "Green" molding compound, lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony-free.
