DESCRIPTION
· The AP4470 is an ultra-low consumption power management chip integrating a step-up DC/DC converter and hysteresis comparators.
· It starts boosting with only 0.2V input without an external transformer.
· Ideal for energy harvesting applications from several µW to several mW sources.
· Provides a self-powered wireless sensor node with simple hardware design.
