DESCRIPTION

· The AP9101C is a single-chip protection IC designed for lithium-ion/lithium polymer rechargeable batteries, featuring a high-precision voltage detection circuit.

· It safeguards batteries by detecting overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and other anomalies, and controls an external MOSFET switch accordingly.

· The IC includes a built-in fixed time circuit, reducing the need for external components.

· Available in SOT25 and SOT26 packages.

FEATURES

· Low current consumption: 3.0µA in operation mode and 0.01µA in power-down mode at +25°C.

· High-accuracy voltage detection: Overcharge (3.5V to 4.5V), overdischarge (2.0V to 3.4V), and overcurrent detection with precise voltage steps and accuracy.

· Built-in fixed detection delay time with ±20% accuracy.

· Selectable power-down mode and 0V battery charge function.

· High-voltage CMOS process supports up to 30V between VDD and VM pins.
