DESCRIPTION

· The AP9101C is a protection IC designed for lithium-ion/lithium polymer rechargeable batteries, featuring a high-precision voltage detection circuit.

· It protects batteries by detecting overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and other abnormalities, and turns off the external MOSFET switch.

· The IC includes a built-in fixed time circuit, reducing the need for external components.

· Available in SOT25 and SOT26 packages.

FEATURES

· Low current consumption: 3.0µA in operation mode, 0.01µA in power-down mode at +25°C.

· High-accuracy voltage detection: Overcharge (3.5V to 4.5V), overdischarge (2.0V to 3.4V), discharge overcurrent (0.05V to 0.32V), short current (0.45V to 0.7V), charge overcurrent (-0.2V to -0.05V).

· Built-in fixed detection delay time with ±20% accuracy.

· Selectable power-down mode and 0V battery charge function.

· High-voltage CMOS process supports up to 30V between VDD and VM pins.

· Fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, "Green" device.
