DESCRIPTION

· The AP9214L is a single-chip protection solution designed for 1-cell Li+ rechargeable battery packs.
· It includes a 1-cell Li-ion battery protection chip and dual N-CH MOSFET with common drain.
· Provides protection against overcharge, overdischarge, and short circuits.
· Built-in fixed delay time reduces external components.
· Available in U-DFN2535-6 (Type B) package with two pin options.

· High Voltage CMOS Process up to 30V.
· Low quiescent current: 3.0µA (typ) in normal mode, 0.1µA (max) in power-down mode.
· High-accuracy voltage detection for overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent.
· Built-in fixed detection delay time with ±20% accuracy.
· Selectable power-down mode, 0V battery charge, and overcharge protection mode.
· Lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free "Green" device.
