DESCRIPTION

· The DIODES APR343 is a secondary side MOSFET driver for synchronous rectification in DCM operation, integrating output voltage detection for primary side control systems.

· It reduces secondary side rectifier power dissipation and offers a high-performance solution for 5V output voltage applications.

· The APR343 senses MOSFET drain-to-source voltage to output ideal drive signals with minimal external components.

· It detects output voltage and provides a periodic signal when the voltage falls below a certain threshold, improving transient performance of the primary side control system.

· Available in SOT25 package.
