DESCRIPTION

· The APTGF50DH120T3G is a Non Punch Through (NPT) Fast IGBT module designed for high-frequency operations, featuring low voltage drop and tail current, with a switching frequency up to 50 kHz. It includes soft recovery parallel diodes, low diode VF, and low leakage current, rated for RBSOA and SCSOA with a symmetrical design. The module also features a Kelvin emitter for easy drive, very low stray inductance, high integration level, and an internal thermistor for temperature monitoring.
