· The APTGF50DSK120T3G is a Non Punch Through (NPT) Fast IGBT power module designed for high-frequency operations and efficient power management.

FEATURES

· Non Punch Through (NPT) Fast IGBT with low voltage drop and tail current.
· Operates at switching frequencies up to 50 kHz.
· Features soft recovery parallel diodes with low VF and leakage current.
· RBSOA and SCSOA rated with a symmetrical design.
· Includes a Kelvin emitter for simplified drive and very low stray inductance.
· High integration level with an internal thermistor for temperature monitoring.
· Direct mounting to heatsink with low junction to case thermal resistance.
· Solderable terminals for easy PCB mounting and low profile design.
· Easy paralleling due to positive TC of VCEsat, allowing each leg to be paralleled to double current capability.
· RoHS compliant.
