· APTLGF350A608G is a Phase Leg Intelligent Power Module designed for high-performance applications.

· It features Non Punch Through (NPT) FAST IGBT technology with low voltage drop and tail current.

· The module includes integrated fail-safe IGBT protection and an isolated DC/DC converter.

· It is RoHS compliant and qualified to AEC-Q100 test guidelines.
