DESCRIPTION

· The APX809/810 are 3-pin microprocessor reset circuits designed to monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems.

· They ensure circuit reliability and reduce cost by eliminating external components and adjustments in 5V, 3.3V, and 3.0V powered circuits.

· They assert a reset signal when VCC drops below a preset threshold and maintain it for at least 240ms after VCC rises above the threshold.

· The APX809 has an active low RESET output, while the APX810 has an active high RESET output.

· The reset comparator ignores fast transients on VCC, and outputs are valid down to VCC = 1V.

· Low supply current makes them suitable for portable equipment.

· Available in a 3-pin SOT23 package.
