DESCRIPTION

· The AS1520/AS1521 are low-power, 8/4-channel, 400/300ksps, 10-bit A/D converters designed for single-supply devices.

· They feature superior AC characteristics, low power consumption, and reliable packaging, making them ideal for battery-powered remote sensors and data-acquisition devices.

· These devices include a SAR, high-speed sampling, track/hold circuitry, and multi-mode operation, offering flexibility and configurability.

· They operate from a single supply (+4.5 to +5.5V for AS1520; +2.7 to +3.6V for AS1521) and include an internal 2.5V reference and an integrated reference buffer.

· Data access is via a high-speed, 4-wire, SPI, QSPI-, and Microwire-compatible serial interface, available in a 20-pin TSSOP package.
