DESCRIPTION

· The AS1542 is a 12-bit, 16-channel, high-speed, low-power ADC operating from a single 2.7 to 5.25V supply.
· It features a throughput rate of 1Msps and a low-noise, wide-bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier.
· The device supports 16 single-ended or 8 fully differential analog inputs with a channel sequencer for sequential conversion.
· Conversion is controlled by a chip select pin and a serial clock signal, facilitating easy interface with microprocessors or DSPs.
· The AS1542 is designed for low power consumption, consuming 2.8mA at 3.6V and 3.5mA at 5.25V at maximum throughput rates.
· Available in a TSSOP-28 pin package.
