DESCRIPTION
· The ASNT 5021-PQC is a high-speed broadband data/clock amplifier and distributor designed for signal distribution from one input to three outputs, operating at speeds up to 28Gbps and frequencies up to 17GHz.
FEATURES
· Low jitter and minimal temperature variation across industrial temperature ranges.
· One differential input signal port and three differential amplified output signal ports.
· Matched phase delays for all outputs.
· Fully differential CML input and output interfaces with 600 mV single-ended swing.
· Operates on a single +3.3V or -3.3V power supply.
· Power consumption is 780mW.
· Fabricated in SiGe for high performance, yield, and reliability.
· Comes in a standard MLF/QFN 24-pin package.
