DESCRIPTION
· The ASNT 5024-PQC is a high-speed broadband data/clock amplifier and distributor designed for DC-28Gbps/17GHz signal distribution.
· It features a 1-to-3 signal distribution with one input differential signal port and three differential amplified output signal ports.
· The device is fabricated in SiGe for high performance, yield, and reliability, and comes in a standard MLF/QFN 24-pin package.
FEATURES
· Low jitter and limited temperature variation over the industrial temperature range.
· Matched phase delays for all outputs.
· Fully differential CML input and output interfaces with 600 mV single-ended swing.
· Single +3.3V or -3.3V power supply with a power consumption of 780mW.
