DESCRIPTION
· The ASNT 5121-KMC is a high-speed broadband Data/Clock Amplifier and Distributor designed for signal distribution from one input to three outputs. It operates within a DC-50Gbps /32GHz range and is fabricated in SiGe for enhanced performance, yield, and reliability. The device is packaged in a custom CQFP 24-pin format.
FEATURES
· Low jitter and minimal temperature variation across industrial ranges.
· One differential input and three differential amplified outputs with matched phase delays.
· Fully differential CML input and output interfaces, with a 400mV single-ended swing.
· Operates on a single +3.3V or -3.3V power supply with a power consumption of 580mW.
