DESCRIPTION
· The ASNT 5140-KMC is a high-speed broadband Exclusive-OR (XOR) Boolean logic gate, operating from DC to 30GHz.
· It is fabricated in SiGe for enhanced performance, yield, and reliability.
· The device is housed in a custom CQFP 24-pin package.
FEATURES
· Features low jitter and minimal temperature variation across the industrial temperature range.
· Equipped with fully differential CML input and output interfaces.
· Output interface provides a 400mV single-ended swing.
· Operates on a single +3.3V or -3.3V power supply.
· Power consumption is rated at 270mW.
