DESCRIPTION

· The AT17LV FPGA Configuration EEPROMs offer a user-friendly and cost-effective solution for configuring Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). These devices are available in various package options including 8-lead LAP, 8-lead PDIP, 8-lead SOIC, 20-lead PLCC, 20-lead SOIC, and 44-lead TQFP. They utilize a simple serial-access procedure for configuring one or more FPGA devices, with programmable reset polarity and a write protection mechanism during programming.

FEATURES

· Designed to store configuration programs for FPGAs, supporting both 3.3V and 5.0V operating voltages.
· In-System Programmable (ISP) via a 2-wire bus, with a simple interface to SRAM FPGAs.
